Trend Analysis and Concept Development

Each season, color palettes, surface textures, and pattern directions are systematically analyzed in light of data compiled from global trend platforms and international textile fairs. In this process, fashion weeks, street trends, and the consumer dynamics of the target market are also taken into account to prepare a concept guide that directs the collection. As a result, every pattern produced carries a brand-specific aesthetic code that has commercial value in addition to its aesthetic value.

Digital Design Process

Following the concept stage, the design team develops and simulates pattern alternatives digitally using industry-specific software. Knitted pattern structures such as jacquard, rib, check, and embossed textures are modeled simultaneously together with stitch density, yarn count, and weight (GSM) parameters. This integrated approach ensures that the creative design is aligned with production constraints from the very beginning, significantly reducing prototyping time and waste rates.

Sample Development and Physical Testing

Following digital approval, the first physical samples produced are evaluated in terms of hand feel, surface evenness, color reproduction, and dimensional stability. Necessary revisions are fed back into the design software, carrying out a cyclical development process. Approved designs are archived in the digital pattern library together with their technical drawings and production parameters, making them ready for reuse and variation development in future seasons.
